Site Superintendent

A temporary Site Superintendent role is based on-site in Racine, WI. The Site Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring all work adheres to the project timeline, budget, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include supervising subcontractors and crew members, managing project schedules, enforcing safety regulations, and coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders. The role requires proactive problem-solving, regular progress reporting, and maintaining effective communication with all teams involved.

Qualifications

Proficient in construction project management, including supervision, scheduling, and site operations

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage construction teams and collaborate with stakeholders

Proficiency in interpreting project blueprints and technical drawings

Experience with construction tools and technologies is a plus

A high school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications or a degree in construction management is preferred)

Proven experience in a similar role in the construction industry

Experience with ProCore is a plus
