The Role We are looking for a confident and commercially minded
Account Manager (Client-Facing)
to own client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of performance marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, understands performance metrics and can clearly communicate results and strategy.
You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations while collaborating closely with internal paid media and CRO teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day client communication and relationships
Lead strategy calls, performance reviews and planning sessions
Translate client business goals into performance marketing strategies
Coordinate with Paid Media and CRO teams to ensure strong execution
Review performance reports and present insights clearly to clients
Manage timelines, deliverables and account priorities
Identify upsell, cross-sell and growth opportunities
Ensure high client satisfaction, retention and long-term partnership
Requirements
Proven experience in an account management or client-facing role, ideally within a digital marketing agency
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs
Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to present performance data in a clear, business-focused way
Highly organised with strong stakeholder management skills
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple accounts
