Job Description Full ownership over B2C growth, responsible for revenue outcomes, managing a team, and building a growth engine from scratch in a digital health clinic.

The role is a builder role with full ownership over B2C growth. You will be responsible for the company’s revenue outcomes across all demand-generation and conversion levers. You’ll manage a small, agile team and agency partners, turn experimentation into a machine, and ship initiatives fast — from organic content, through performance marketing and SEO, to conversion path optimization and analytics.

You’ll be building this organization's growth engine from scratch at the most formative stage—when your decisions compound for years. You will work directly with the Founder and CEO of this innovative company, and you will be given the autonomy and trust to develop and test your ideas.

Scope of work:

Take end-to-end ownership for B2C growth results across existing channels: Paid Ads, Organic Content, SEO/GEO, CRO, Affiliate

Own the Growth strategy of the company and oversee its execution.

Manage and develop the current Growth team:

Full-time: Marketing Specialist

Part-time: Creative Consultant & Copywriter, Graphic Designer, Frontend Developer

Define requirements and future direction of the team and lead recruitment for new hires

Manage agencies and freelancers, holding them to outcome-based targetsBuild a repeatable experimentation engine across acquisition and CRO; design fast, disciplined test loops

Oversee Growth for new international market entries in partnership with local teams and agencies

Implement advanced marketing analytics: multi-channel attribution, data enhancement, marketing performance dashboards
