Core Responsibilities
Architect and pilot the revenue engine: transition from founder‑led marketing to a brand‑led, repeatable, data‑driven engine.
Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch our offer–market fit.
Identify segments where offers perform best and cancel those that do not.
Design, build and test funnels and campaigns (hands‑on CRO & A/B testing). Set up tracking, audit user journeys, and iterate quickly.
Explore and scale acquisition channels, work with the paid social lead, and identify new high‑ROI channels.
Optimize growth loops across product, retention, referral, and content.
Align growth with sales: manage leads quality, prioritise high‑intent prospects, close deals.
Lead and develop a cross‑functional growth team (paid, copy, web, PMM).
Own key KPIs and report on LTV/CAC ratio, funnel conversion rates, and weekly experiment counts.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation or Performance Marketing, preferably in SaaS, e‑commerce or digital products.
Track record of design, implementation and scaling of A/B and multivariate tests delivering measurable revenue or activation gains.
Proficiency in GA4, Hotjar, Amplitude, VWO, Optimizely, and analytics tools; comfortable building experiments from scratch.
French native or bilingual; English fluent for written communication.
Strong data analysis, persuasion, behavioral insight, analytical thinking, and system‑thinking.
Hands‑on mindset, ability to execute tests, iterate fast, and lead a team.
