Key Responsibilities
Diagnose & Prioritize: Conduct in‑depth funnel analysis across all touchpoints.
Design & Run Experiments: Plan, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate tests end‑to‑end.
Analyze & Communicate: Extract actionable insights from dashboards.
Optimize User Experience: Combine quantitative and qualitative feedback to improve flow, trust, and engagement.
Systemise Growth Learnings: Build and maintain a central CRO knowledge base.
Tools You’ll Master GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and more.
Experience
Minimum 3 years in CRO, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing.
Track record of scaling A/B and multivariate tests that improved revenue or activation.
Personality
Curious: Dig deep into user behavior.
Precise: Deliver clear hypotheses and clean data.
Agile: Move fast and iterate quickly.
Languages
French: Native / Bilingual.
English: Fluent, used for written communication.
