Senior Growth Manager – EdTech (French fluent) Paradox EN – Full Time – Remote or Dubai/Lisbon office

Overview We’re building an Ecosystem for Human Greatness Augmented with AI, blending behavioral science, technology, and AI to empower people at scale. We need a hands‑on Head of Growth, fluent in French & English, who can design, launch, and iterate experiments that scale revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Revenue Engine – transition to a brand‑led, data‑driven growth machine.

Continuously refine Offer–Market Fit and reposition or stop offers based on evidence.

Architect funnels, map implementations, set up tracking, and ensure data integrity.

Operate CRO & A/B testing: design, launch, analyse tests, audit friction points, optimise.

Explore & scale acquisition channels; manage Paid Social oversight, identify new channels and deliver ROI.

Run growth loops (product, retention, referral, content) across product & marketing.

Lead and coach the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM); source, develop, and retire talent.

Align with Sales – target high‑intent leads, raise appointment & deal metrics.

A predictable growth engine with clear KPIs.

Tools & KPIs Tools: GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, and other data‑escalating platforms. KPIs: LTV/CAC ratio, funnel conversion by stage, experiments per week.

Experience

3+ years in CRO, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally in SaaS/ecommerce/digital products.

Track record of designing, scaling A/B & multivariate tests that boost revenue or activation.
