Position Overview: As a
Data Entry Agent , you will play a key role in maintaining and updating digital records, ensuring that data is correctly processed and accessible for other teams. You'll work with a high degree of attention to detail, handle confidential information, and support daily operational workflows across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately into internal systems and databases
Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Review reports for errors and inconsistencies and make necessary corrections
Collaborate with other team members to support data-related tasks
Organize digital files and perform routine data audits
Respond to internal data requests in a timely manner
Assist in creating data summaries and reports as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry tools
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
