The primary responsibility of this role is to complete sales training and acquire the necessary skills to become a Sales Associate, with a minimum training period of 3 months. Primary Responsibilities
Assist in conducting interviews of prospects for current and future home sales, including model presentations. Assist new homebuyers or prospective homebuyers as needed. Serve as a backup to other members of the sales team when required. Gain knowledge of local markets, competition, real estate laws/rules, public opinion, local and national trends, and governmental regulations related to home buying. Assist with sales office administrative responsibilities as needed. Scope

High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum) College coursework preferred Appropriate license or certifications as required by the state Valid Driver's License required, as driving is an essential function of this position. Required Experience
