Duties
Greet customers who visit the lot and create a welcoming experience
Ask the right questions to understand what customers are looking for
Guide buyers through available inventory and help them explore options
Support test drives, share vehicle information, and walk them through next steps
Stay proactive—follow up with leads and keep relationships strong
Keep the energy up and stay active throughout your shift
Qualifications
Someone who’s naturally outgoing and comfortable striking up conversations
Self-starters who are motivated by goals and love a good challenge
Experience in sales is helpful, but not required—we value personality and drive above all
Must be comfortable working on-site and on your feet throughout the day
