They are now hiring a
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to help build and scale their outbound sales motion. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, resilient, and excited to accelerate their sales career in a high-growth startup environment.
The Role
As a BDR, you’ll play a critical role in expanding the company into new industry verticals and fueling pipeline growth. You’ll partner closely with senior sales leadership and work hands‑on to prospect into industry‑leading organizations.
This is a high‑visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership and a clear path for career advancement.
What You’ll Do
Build a deep understanding of how businesses operate across multiple industry verticals
Educate owners, executives, and decision‑makers on the value of an AI‑powered people platform
Identify high‑potential market segments and generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
Prospect through personalized outbound efforts, including cold calls and targeted email campaigns
Craft and deliver high‑quality cold calls and tailored messaging to engage key stakeholders
Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified meetings and sales opportunities
Partner with Sales and Marketing to prioritize target accounts and manage early‑stage opportunities
Create and maintain account‑specific point‑of‑view documentation
Support and participate in product demos and sales presentations
Collaborate cross‑functionally on demand generation and lead‑nurturing initiatives
Set and execute monthly OKRs in partnership with your manager
Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and performance targets
Maintain accurate and timely records of all prospect interactions in Salesforce
What We’re Looking For
1–5 years of professional sales experience
At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales
Bachelor’s degree required
Highly competitive, self‑motivated, and able to operate independently
Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
High energy, resilient, and comfortable with rejection
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
