About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our fast-paced, sales-driven team in the financial services industry. Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (40 hours a week) Department: Operations Key Responsibilities
Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and data-related requests Generate reports and summaries as needed Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and quality Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer
