Atlantic Fields is seeking an Outside Golf Operations Attendant to join the Golf Operations Department. The Outside Golf Operations Attendant will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to our guests and maintaining the smooth operation of the golf facilities. The Outside Golf Operations Attendant will interact with golfers of all skill levels and provide assistance with various aspects of their experience, from equipment handling to preparing for their round of golf. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliGreet members upon arrival and departure on the range./liliAssist with service during their round and promptly respond to any player requests./liliWork in conjunction with valet team and assist as needed./liliCommunicate with departments regarding members transitioning through property./liliStock and restock golf carts with beverages, towels, and any other amenities as needed throughout the day./liliEnsure an adequate number of carts are staged and ready for use at all times./liliMaintain clean shuttles, club carts, and personal golf carts throughout the day./liliClean all players clubs (to include members, guests, and prospects) before and after each round./liliAlways count clubs prior to putting them in storage or sending back to the valet area./liliComplete daily set-up/breakdown of all range equipment, amenities, and activities./liliClosing duties to include but not limited to removing range furniture, washing golf balls, restocking buckets, cleaning of carts (prior to parking in cart barn), plug all carts into a charging station./liliAssist in the Golf Shop as a retail associate as requested./liliAccurate tracking of all daily golf activity./liliAssist with monthly inventory count./liliOpportunity to provide caddie services if qualified and requested by the Director of Golf./liliAttend department meetings and trainings as necessary./liliAny other duties as assigned./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred./liliPrevious experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or golf-related environment./liliKnowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and terminology is preferred, but not required./li/ulpAdditional Requirements:/pulliPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members./liliMust be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
