This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Companys locations: Maverick Golf and Ranch Club, set outside of Fort Worth, Texas. Maverick Golf and Ranch Club is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to join the Golf Operations Department. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliCommunicate daily with Assistant Golf Professionals and Outside Services Manager about days events and operations./liliAssure golf cars are cleaned and washed per club procedures./liliMaintain clean towels, including washing, drying, and folding./liliSet up members and guests bags for play./liliPut away member and guest bags in proper storage location and in timely fashion./liliGreet members and guests in a professional and courteous manner./liliLoad bags and move carts to cart staging area./liliClean all players golf clubs thoroughly./liliHelp Practice Range Attendant with the set-up of hitting stations./liliCollect golf balls from chipping area and range field on the Practice Facility./liliRestock buckets and pick range when needed./liliPark and retrieve member, guest and customer vehicles or golf carts in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner./liliWill be responsible to drive, pick up, or drop off members and VIP guests around the local area, which includes the airport./liliPerform drive and park assignments per department policies/procedures./liliKeep parking areas clean and orderly./liliProvide member assistance and information, such as giving directions, handling baggage, assisting with wheelchairs loading and unloading, etc./liliEnsure that members and guests belongings are retrieved and delivered to the proper outlet./liliMaintain clean transportation shuttles and company vehicles (basic cleaning services including car wash, wiping interiors, and brief vacuuming to remove sand and dirt, but not full detailing services)./liliProvide deliveries/pickups as needed, and run other errands as needed./liliAll other duties as assigned./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliPrior experience and proven success in the hospitality or service industry is strongly preferred./liliAbility to communicate effectively./liliKnowledge of golf rules and etiquette./liliPossession of a valid drivers license./liliCPR and First Aid certification preferred./li/ulpAdditional Requirements:/pulliPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members./liliMust be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
