Level 4 to join our team in Redondo Beach, CA./ppIn this role, we are seeking an independent thinker with a track record of excelling in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, and collaborative team-based environment. The position requires excellent communication skills, an ability to multi-task and organize/prioritize tasks independently, strong office management and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to collaborate in a team environment. The selected candidate should have the ability to act with discretion and good judgment when handling or disseminating sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information. Additionally, the selected individual must have the ability to work with minimal supervision while demonstrating flexibility and agility, prioritizing multiple tasks with competing deadlines, managing schedule conflicts, and providing excellent follow through./ppJob responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:/pulliSupport coordination and integration of meeting and presentation material from team members/liliHave the opportunity to help execution of customer and team meetings./liliArrange meetings and teleconferences/liliMaintain and synchronize calendars/liliArrange travel and prepare associated expense reports/liliCoordinate onboarding of personnel/liliAnswer questions and solve problems related to office operations and established policies and procedures/liliCoordinate office workspace planning and ordering office equipment from the facilities and IT organizations/liliInterface with all levels of Program personnel and Customers/liliProcess visit requests, badges, and accounts forms/liliSupport and collaborate with other Administrative Assistants as needed/liliAssist with special event planning and catering such as meal planning, ordering from caterers, clean up, and expensing/li/ulpBasic Qualifications for Administrative Assistant

Level 4:/pulliMinimum High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus at least six (6) years of additional education and/or related experience/liliCandidate must have active SCI access with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years, at time of application, and prior to start date OR/liliCandidate must have an active, within scope, or current DOD Top Secret security clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years, at time of application, and prior to start date as well as the ability to obtain and maintain active SCI access within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company. Continued employment thereafter will be subject to the candidates maintenance of the level of clearance and program access required for the position in the future./liliExperience in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel/liliExperience in reviewing and editing written material for correct spelling and grammar/liliExperience with organizing, maintaining, and deconflicting schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications for Administrative Assistant

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
