Travel Industry Department, requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of organization policies and practices./ppstrongEssential Responsibilities/strong/pulliAccurately transcribe, type, format, and proofread a wide variety of material (for example correspondence, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations using word processing, presentation, graphics, and spreadsheet software./liliMeet and greet clients and visitors, answer telephones, screen calls, and take messages from external or internal sources./liliManage schedules/set up meetings and appointments./liliAnswer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate Manager./liliCoordinate training sessions./liliAssist Director and Managers of the department with Contracts./liliAttend internal operations meetings to communicate with the Departments Coordinate travel arrangements, marketing and collateral requests, process expense reports invoices, and commissions./liliRun Sales
