2:30pm)/ppAs an Assembly Technician you will:/pulliTesting in a dark room, make sure candidates understand they will be working in a dark room to perform the testing on the products./liliThe Testers primary function is to test potted modules with various electro-optical test equipment, evaluate, disposition, and rework image intensifier tubes to ensure that product meets all specifications so that only quality product moves forward/in a dark room./liliThe Tester must be able to multitask in a manufacturing environment and may be required to perform specialized tests and perform rework procedures as directed by supervision./liliMaintain adequate throughput with high levels of quality./liliThe Tester will adhere to procedures and work instructions to perform a variety of processes on substrates or components to achieve quality and yield goals set by their department./li/ulpEssential Responsibilities:/pulliProduce a quality product that meets the customer specifications and maintain sufficient inventory to satisfy internal and external customers/liliPerform inspection and tests on parts and assemblies per written specifications/liliUse electrical and/or mechanical equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, current meters, voltage meters, dial calipers and indicators, height gauges, micrometers, and microscopes/liliComplete and maintain accurate test data and records/liliInterface with production and engineering teams/liliCreation and maintenance of work instructions, visual aids, and standard work documents/liliUse basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)/liliPerforms other duties as assigned/li/ulpBasic Qualifications:/pulliHigh School Diploma/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliClearly read, write, and understand English/liliWorking knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical measuring equipment and quality control terminology/liliRelated manufacturing work experience (including soldering and high-volume production)/liliSoldering certification preferred/liliStrong problem solving and analytical skills/liliKnowledge of all safety (mechanical, chemical, electrical) procedures applicable to job/liliFamiliar with Six Sigma problem solving tools, 5Sm, and Lean methodologies/li/ulpPay Range*: $18-$19.50 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidates education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits: Innova Solutions offers benefits( based on eligibility) that include the following: Medical
