Instrument
controls and electrical maintenance experienced preferred. Experience in planning and executing daily maintenance on industrial plant equipment including gas turbines, steam turbines, instruments, transmitters, and valves. The position will troubleshoot and analyze equipment performance deviations while ensuring the plants IC equipment is always in excellent operational condition and available for use. This position is the site Distributed Control System (DCS) champion and owns the Alarm Management Process./ppThe successful candidate understands the working hours include overtime, weekends, and overhaul periods./ppPreferred Qualifications/pulliDCS Experience; T-3000, Toshiba preferred/liliCombined-cycle power plant maintenance and/or operations/liliExperience preferred in managing projects within budget and identifying capital/OM projects to forecast plants future budget/liliSix Sigma quality tools/li/ulpEmployees in this senior-level role direct a team of production and maintenance technicians and contractors in plant maintenance activities. Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty, executing plant maintenance to achieve short and long term site goals and objectives in safety, environmental, compliance, reliability, availability and cost management./ppFocuses on optimizing site maintenance/ppDevelops technicians skills and knowledge/ppStandardizes processes, procedures, and techniques to ensure repeatability/ppApplies advanced leadership skills for internal employee development and performance management/ppPerforms other job-related duties as assigned/ppProcess Management Concepts/ppQuality Tools and Techniques/ppEffective Written Communications/ppEffective Verbal Communications/ppHigh School Grad / GED/ppSafety Policy and Practice/ppTechnical / functional knowledge/Learning/ppBachelors or Equivalent Experience/ppExperience: 4+ years/ppSupervisor/Management Experience:0+ years/p/div
