Join our outstanding team and help shape the future of energy./ppThe position will be based out of the Martin Plant in Indiantown, FL, and will travel to support the fleet, approximately 30-40%. Under limited guidance, this position directs a team of maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors involved in power plant overhauls and maintenance. The individual in this position will lead internal and external resources to execute maintenance work with direct accountability for safety, environment, quality, schedule, and cost. The ideal candidate is expected to apply rigor, discipline, and focus in following standardized processes and procedures, while continuously applying a lean and quality improvement mindset to improve the process. Preferred candidates have strong technical knowledge of power plant equipment and are skilled in understanding and resolving technical issues, including for unplanned scope. The individual in this role will work closely with other Supervisors and Contract Coordinators to develop and implement complex plans for execution of work scope./ph3Job Overview/h3pEmployees in this job direct a team of maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors involved in major maintenance activities or plant maintenance.
