Responsibilities: Perform precision mechanical assembly of machine parts into fixtures for brazing and welding operations Assemble components using technical drawings, work instructions, and documented procedures Handle small and delicate components with accuracy and care Key Accountabilities: Execute precision mechanical and hand assembly tasks Work with small parts; use of microscopes or magnifiers may be required Maintain quality, cleanliness, and safety standards Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 5-8 years of mechanical or hand assembly experience Proven ability to work in a clean manufacturing or mechanical assembly environment Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings Familiarity with documented manufacturing procedures Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Comfortable working with small parts using microscopes or magnifiers Basic computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience using mechanical hand tools and measurement equipment, including: Dial calipers, Micrometers, Height gauges
