Customer Account Coordinator/h2pLocation: Hackettstown, NJ/ppHours / Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30 am - 5:00 pm - Onsite/ppType: Contract To Hire/ppCompensation: $21 - $25 per hour/ph3Responsibilities/h3pResponsible for assisting the Commercial Operations Department as it relates to: Order Quotation, Entry, Processing, RMAs, Shipping, and Customer Account Maintenance./ppCoordinates business partner and distributor account maintenance, including updating records in SAP and HubSpot (ownership, addresses, contact details, and representative lists) our ERP and CRM systems, coordinating onboarding and offboarding of domestic and international distributors, preparing authorization letters and price lists, maintaining contact databases, and assisting with distributor visits and training events./ppDaily:/pulliQuotations (Instruments, Parts and Accessories)/liliOrder Entry, Order Processing/liliPreparation of Order Acknowledgements/liliPreparation of Shipments/Shipping Labels - Cartons and Courier/liliProvides Customers with information regarding shipments/liliResponds to Customer Inquiries via email or phone/liliShares responsibility for answering the Company phone/liliFollow-up on Payment Pending orders/liliEnter and maintain CRM information/liliOther duties as assigned/liliFollow up on Order Status internally/liliIQ OQ Notebook Completion for Shipment/liliEnd of month activities as assigned, to include IQ OQ Notebooks and Order Folders/liliBusiness Partner Maintenance Coordinator (SAP

CRM)/liliUpdating changes in ownership, addresses, contact information, etc./liliRep List Management/liliDistributor Maintenance Coordinator

International and Domestic/liliOnboarding, Offboarding, Authorization Letters, Price Lists, Contact Info, etc./liliAssist Administrative Assistant in coordination of all distributor visits and trainings/liliAssist with the shipment of Specialty Products/liliAssist with Sales/Service/Distributor Trainings and other events/liliProcess Return Material Authorizations/liliInterface with other Departments, i.e., Status of Orders/liliPrepare and ship promotional items and product literature/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulh3Requirements/h3pMinimum of Associates Degree
