divh2Activities Coordinator/h2pLocation: Manahawkin, New Jersey/ppType: Contract To Hire/ppCompensation: $20.00 - $21.00 hourly/ppContractor Work Model: Onsite/ppHours: 11:00 AM-7:00 PM OR 12:00 PM-8:00 PM | Monday-Friday/ph3Job Duties/h3pDevelop, facilitate and document events at our affordable properties in compliance with state regulations./ppLead group events to ensure the function of the event will run smoothly. Such events may include; educational, financial literacy, birthday parties, socials, informative talks, tutoring sessions, athletic games, and other events as assigned./ppAssist residents by identifying the resources they may need, such as housing
utility assistance, food programs, healthcare access, job training, or financial aid and guiding them through the application process./ppWork with the Social Service Coordinator to ensure all the required staff and materials are available for all activities, a room or space is reserved for the event and any promotional materials are developed and distributed in advance of the programs./ppSet up rooms for activities and events, overseeing the residents to ensure the residents are safe and following the rules and instructions. Any issues that may arise in the events will be reported to the Social Service Coordinator immediately./ppAttend events at properties as scheduled./ppWork with Social Services Coordinator to ensure that all materials needed for event are purchased and ready in a timely manner./ph3Job Requirements/h3pMust have a high school diploma, experience working with the public is a plus./ppMust have a valid drivers license and method of own transportation./ppMust be willing to travel, residences are located in Southern and Central, NJ./ppWillingness to work some evenings is a must, possibly up to 3 evening a week./ppCoordinator must be flexible, empathetic, creative organized and patient./ppSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joul, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
