Our Aeronautics Systems sector is currently seeking an Aircraft Structures Mechanic Level 3 or Level 4 to join our operations team, located in Clearfield, UT, working on major assembly structures such as fuselage panels and bulkheads, and structural subassemblies such as rudders, flaps, and stabilizers. This position will support our B shift (4/10s schedule, WEEKDAY NIGHTS) production. This role can be filled at an Aircraft Structures Mechanic Level 3 or Level 4 depending on the qualifications below./ppPosition Requirements: This position requires experience working on aircrafts with a complete understanding of the detailed aspects of the job with practical applications to problems and situations ordinarily encountered. The candidate will receive limited supervision with few instructions for routine work and general instructions on new activities or special assignments. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
