As a member of our team youll enjoy excellent benefits, opportunities for growth, and an encouraging culture that supports work / life balance./ppResponsibilities of Truss Builder:/pulliTruss Builders primary responsibility is to build roof trusses for Clayton Home Building Facilities./liliBuilder must be able to read a cut sheet and blueprint to build trusses that meet the approved standards regulated by the NTA./liliCheck parts on assigned table/press to ensure proper set up of jig, cord, parts, and nails according to individual truss blueprint./liliEnsure proper nail placement, overhang and king post on every unit produced./liliBe able to meet production requirements in a timely manner while also ensuring the quality of each truss./liliBe able to repeatedly lift over 50 pounds./liliBe able to operate a hydraulic press./liliBe able to work well with a partner./liliDemonstrates honesty and integrity. Has a strong work ethic.
