Below that youll find the standard job description for this opportunity./ppstrongMust Haves:/strong/pulliRequires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience./lili2 years or more experience in proficient computer skills, including ability to navigate email and Microsoft office./liliJ-STD Solder Experience/liliExperienced with Manual Labor/lili1 year or more experience in reading and following drawings and work instructions./lili2 years or more experience with the use of basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, plyers, wire strippers, etc./lili1 year or more experience in using a microscope for long periods of time./liliMust be a United States Citizen/li/ulpstrongNice to Haves:/strong/pulliStrong mechanical background/liliAble to read and interpret mechanical drawings and Bills of Material/liliJ-STD-001/liliStrong Customer Focus/li/ulpstrongJob Description:/strong/ppstrongEssential Functions:/strong/pulliComplete assigned solder processes as required (i.e. Soldering components, configuring cabling, and configuring wires)/liliPerforms a variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products in a repetitive nature./liliAbility to complete assembly of complex, small assemblies with a high level of quality and efficiency./liliMaintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures/liliBuilds wiring harness, solders and performs PCB assembly of electrical and electro-optical subassemblies./liliFollow and comply with documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions/liliWork with RTV, epoxy, and other bonds/adhesives/liliFollows an engineered assembly process, but may require the ability to adjust, fit, or align parts/liliUses hand tools such as long nose pliers, screw drivers, soldering irons, and wrenches/liliMaintains consistent quality and productivity levels/liliContinuously performs visual inspections of materials for defects and conducts any range of functional tests and cleaning at prescribed intervals to ensure proper operation of various components during assembly/liliPerforms job duties in a manner that complies with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures/liliReport deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and conducts quality inspection at specified intervals/liliUses Microsoft Office programs/liliIdentifies problems and contributes to process improvements/liliWorks as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks/liliSupport group objectives for on-time delivery/liliVerify use of most updated procedures/liliFollow industry standard or practice for 6S/liliCrimping cables with a wide range of tools (ex.
