Service Delivery/h3pOversee day-to-day operations, incident management, release management, and health monitoring for Salesforce CRM environments. Maintain operational SLAs by ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalated issues. Lead cross-functional teams deliver ongoing support, enhancements, and user adoption initiatives./ph3Root Cause Analysis

Continuous Improvement/h3pOwn the RCA process for recurring incidents and critical issues, ensuring thorough identification, documentation, and elimination of root causes. Implement preventive measures and best practices to reduce incident volume and improve platform stability and customer satisfaction. Track and report on RCA outcomes, driving accountability and learning across teams./ph3Team Leadership

Development/h3pMentor, manage, and develop a team of Salesforce functional and support analysts. Foster a culture of proactivity, collaboration, and high performance within the team./ph3Stakeholder Management

Communication/h3pAct as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders relating to CRM operations, enhancements, and incident communications. Facilitate regular service reviews, status updates, and performance reporting for leadership and business users./ph3Governance

Compliance/h3pEnsure adherence to governance policies, security standards, and data quality across all operational processes. Oversee change management processes to minimize operational risk and support robust service delivery./ph3Service Improvement

Proven Leadership in Root Cause Analysis and Cross-Functional Teams Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
