The candidate would need to be able to provide first parts and creating program-ready CAM files from customer models and prints./ppExperienced programming and machining a wide range of materials, including the following: heat-treated alloys, stainless steel, Inconel, Hastelloy, aluminum, and beryllium copper. Skilled in holding extremely tight tolerances, down to .0001. The candidate must have CAM software experience including the following: Esprit, MasterCAM, HyperMill, Fusion360, CATIA V5/V6, and SolidWorks./ppBrands: Okuma, DMG Mori Seiki, Haas, Hitachi, and Doosan/ppController: Okuma, Fanuc, Haas, and Mazatrol controllers/ppHe/she would need to be able to work collaboratively with engineers, operators, and supervisors to optimize programs and support efficient production processes.
