Each day, our employees solve the most daunting challenges that our customers face./ppWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced All Source Analyst to join our team at Beale AFB, supporting the 480th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (480 ISRW). The All Source Analyst will provide advanced intelligence analysis, fusion, and tradecraft support to enable Single/Multi-Discipline ISR operations. This role requires expertise in integrating and analyzing data from multiple intelligence sources to deliver actionable insights that support mission objectives./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliConduct Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion to support operational and strategic decision-making./liliPerform analytical tradecraft support, including the development of intelligence products and reports./liliIntegrate data from various intelligence disciplines (e.g., SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT) to produce comprehensive assessments./liliSupport ISR targeting development and operational planning efforts./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, operators, and mission planners, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery./liliIdentify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to address them./liliProvide mentorship and training to junior analysts, fostering the development of analytical tradecraft skills./liliEnsure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines./li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliBS/BA and +8 Yrs experience/liliSecurity Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required./liliExperience Level: Journeyman-level experience in All Source Analysis, with a proven track record of supporting ISR operations./liliEducation: Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification./li/ulpTechnical Expertise:/pulliProficiency in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion./liliFamiliarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations./liliStrong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes./li/ulpSkills:/pulliExceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills./liliStrong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products./liliAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliExperience supporting the 480 ISRW or similar ISR organizations./liliKnowledge of ISR targeting development and operational-level intelligence planning./liliFamiliarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies./liliPrior experience mentoring or training junior analysts./li/ulpWhy Join Us?/pulliBe part of a mission-critical team supporting the U.S. Air Forces ISR operations./liliWork in a dynamic and collaborative environment at Beale AFB, home to cutting-edge ISR capabilities./liliAccess to professional development opportunities and career growth within the intelligence community./li/ulpTarget Salary Range: $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
