Production; 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience/liliExperience in overseeing/managing a small team, with strong time management skills and the ability to present collections to upper management/liliLicensed product development and experience using 3D software is a plus/liliAbility to travel overseas as needed and hold a valid passport/liliTechnical skills in design programs, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D program, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office software; familiarity with PLM systems a plus/liliAbility to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals/liliConceptual, creative, self-starter/liliDiverse knowledge of pop culture and a passion for Halloween a plus/li/ulpThe pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position./ppPay Range: $75,000 - $85,000/p/div
