High School diploma or equivalent required./liliCollege course work in related field helpful./liliPrevious supervisory responsibility preferred./liliAlcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations)/li/ulpResponsibilities:/pulliApproach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner./liliMaintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel./liliMaintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards)./liliComply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations./liliComply with certification requirements as applicable to position to include Alcohol Awareness, Food Handlers, Safety, etc./liliMaintain friendly and warm demeanor at all times./liliInspect the set-up of meeting and banquet functions, checking them against the Banquet Event Order./liliOther duties as required./liliAccess to back of house areas of the hotel and sensitive information/liliDemonstrated ability to handle cash, prepare and deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank/liliInteract and occasionally have unsupervised contact with guests and/or colleagues/liliAccess and control to sensitive areas in the hotel premises, including the Hotel Safe, Master Keys and/or guestrooms, Storage/Liquor Room, and secured file cabinets/liliDrive safely on behalf of the company for business reasons/liliMaintain a high level of trust and responsibility/liliRepresent the company with certain level of reputation and good character as well as exercise sound judgement/li/ulpAfter an initial waiting period, those hired into full time positions are eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes the following:/pulliNow offering Daily Pay!
