dental insurance/liliLife insurance/liliFlexible spending account/lili401k plan with company match/liliPaid time off/liliPaid holidays/liliEmployee referral bonuses/liliCompensation of $20.00-27.00/hour/li/ulpPrimary Responsibilities:/pulliAnswer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner./liliAssist customers with parts selection and provide accurate information about availability, pricing, and delivery times./liliResolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction./liliAccurately input customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are correct and complete./liliMonitor order status and communicate any delays or issues to customers./liliCoordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of parts./liliTrack and monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained./liliAssist in ordering parts as needed to maintain inventory levels, liaising with suppliers and the procurement team./liliEnsure all documentation is filed and stored correctly in accordance with company policies./liliWork closely with other departments, such as Sales, Service, and Warehouse, to ensure seamless operations./liliParticipate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives./li/ulpPosition Requirements:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliPrevious experience in a parts advisory or customer service role, preferably within the automotive or tools industry./liliStrong knowledge of automotive parts and tools./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills./li/ulpQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status and any other protected classes./p/div
