This role provides strategic, performance, and enterprise-level analysis to help government sponsors align portfolio investments, technical architectures, and mission priorities./ppResponsibilities:/pulliSupport the sponsors strategic planning and prioritization efforts./liliApply performance management best practices, including analytics, benchmarking, and metrics./liliMaintain awareness of enterprise architecture for technical collection and its relationship to the IC portfolio./liliTrack IC technical investment strategies, goals, performance targets, and architectures./liliDevelop decision-support recommendations, including strategies, roadmaps, risks, capability gaps, dependencies, and funding impacts./liliEnsure alignment across strategy, performance, and architecture./liliServe as a liaison with IC program managers, DoD partners, and industry./liliSupport government clients with program planning, schedules, reporting, and executive briefings./liliCommunicate complex technical topics clearly to non-technical senior audiences./liliProduce deliverables in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF formats./li/ulpQualifications:/ppstrongRequired Qualifications/strong/pulliActive TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph./liliBachelors degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or Masters with 10-13 years./liliExpert knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management./liliExpert knowledge of the IPPBE process./liliStrong analytical, writing, communication, and organizational skills./liliAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, senior-level environment./li/ulpstrongDesired Qualifications/strong/pulliMilitary or J2 experience./liliTechnical degree in Engineering or Science./liliBroad IC experience with DoD touch points./li/ulpSalary Range: USD $165,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr./p/div
