This role serves as a key liaison between our warehouse operations and our clients, ensuring that all communication regarding merchandise arrival, discrepancies, and invoicing is handled promptly and professionally./ppThe ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ullistrongClient Communication:/strong ulliNotify clients when their merchandise arrives at the warehouse./liliProvide timely updates regarding the status of shipments./liliFollow up with clients to resolve any concerns or outstanding matters related to their orders./li/ul/lilistrongInvoicing

Quoting:/strong ulliEnsure all billing is accurate and in line with client expectations and inventory received./li/ul/lilistrongReporting

Documentation:/strong ulliMaintain accurate records of all communication with clients regarding their inventory./liliReport any inconsistencies, damages, or inventory issues to warehouse management./li/ul/lilistrongWarehouse Coordination:/strong ulliCollaborate with warehouse staff to ensure that client orders are processed correctly./liliAssist in checking merchandise against packing lists or invoices to verify accuracy./liliEnsure all client-specific requirements are communicated to the warehouse floor when handling items./li/ul/li/ulpAdditional Warehouse Support Duties (General Overview):/pulliVerifying incoming and outgoing shipments./liliOrganizing merchandise for client pickups or deliveries./liliAssisting in inventory tracking and management./liliSupporting shipping and receiving activities as needed./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliPrior customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting./liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills (bilingual is a plus)./liliBasic knowledge of invoicing, quoting, and order management systems./liliComfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)./liliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills./li/ulh3Benefits/h3ulliSteady weekday schedule (MondayFriday)/li/ul/div
