The individual will lead a team of technicians in the daily operations and maintenance of solar and storage assets varying in size and scale. The ideal candidate will live in the region to support the travel schedule. The manager will be responsible for the safety of all personnel and environmental compliance with all required regulatory permits. Responsibilities/h2p Ensures all business activities are conducted following corporate policies and are in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal permits, codes, standards, and regulations

Develops multi-year Operations and Maintenance budgets

Ensures all budget targets are met

Oversees and approves procurement activities of the site

Bachelors or Equivalent Experience

Experience: 5+ years

Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years/ph2Preferred Qualifications/h2p Bachelors Degree/p/div
