We are committed to honoring every life story, making each moment count not just for the patient, but for the loved ones who will carry those memories forward./ppAs a CNA/STNA serving through our Even More Care program, you will be a vital part of providing urgent support during active stages of dying. You will serve as the steady presence families can count on, responding quickly to evolving physical or emotional needs. If you feel called to be part of a team that prioritizes dignity at every step, we would be honored to connect with you./ppstrongCNA/STNA Schedule:/strong Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM/ppstrongCNA/STNA Qualifications:/strong/pulliMust have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification/liliMust be certified by the state as a nurses aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification/lili3-6 months of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide required/liliHospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred/liliMust possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors/liliMust exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization/liliMust have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid drivers license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle/liliTravel to the office in Cincinnati, Ohio is required.
