Qualifications:/pulliMinimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a fine-dining or upscale scratch kitchen./liliBackground working in a Michelin environment required (as a Sous Chef or core line member)./liliProven leadership skills with clear communication and strong follow-through./liliExperience in high-volume operations with annual revenue of $4M+./liliClassically trained; culinary degree preferred but not required./liliStrong cooking fundamentals and mastery of varied techniques./liliOrganized, calm under pressure, and committed to elevating both people and product./li/ulpSous Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities:/pulliLead by example to ensure flawless execution and a memorable guest experience./liliServe as the acting culinary lead in the Executive Chefs absence./liliMaintain a teaching, coaching, and development-focused back-of-house culture./liliCollaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Pastry, and front-of-house leadership to support seamless service./liliUphold strict quality, consistency, sanitation, and operational standards./liliInspire and motivate the team to achieve excellence every shift./li/ul/div
