The Dispute Support Specialist is responsible for providing general support to the Loan Administration Support Departments Dispute Team to ensure proper tracking and organization of customer complaints and issues. Perform all duties in accordance with the companys policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay for this position is $23.50/hr - $25.50/hr./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliResponsible for gathering and providing written analysis of complaints with an emphasis on business/regulatory errors./liliMaintains and updates customer complaint file tracking system to ensure the system is up to date and accurate and in compliance with regulatory guidelines./liliCollaborates daily with multiple internal business units by gathering information to resolve open complaints./liliProvides support to the Dispute Team by preparing outgoing packages, copying, and scanning documents./liliProvides general administrative support as needed./liliPerforms other duties or special projects as assigned./li/ulpKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required. Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently. Knowledge of relevant industry-specific software packages preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to interact with senior management. Ability to make decisions that have significant impact on the departments credibility, operations, and services. Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule on short-term basis. Strong math skills, balance and check results for accuracy. Ability to compose letters. Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word, communicating orally with others accurately, audibly, and quickly. Ability to understand opposing points of view on highly complex issues and to negotiate and integrate different viewpoints./ppWhat Youll Need:/pulliHigh school diploma or GED required.
