Qualifications/h3p2+ years as Executive Chef in a high-volume ($6M+ annual sales) fine dining environment with tenures of no less than 2 years in previous roles/ppStrong background in Italian cuisine; menu development, execution, and sourcing/ppProven ability to manage kitchen operations at scale, including labor and food cost controls/ppAuthorized to work in the U.S./ppExperienced in training, mentoring, and retaining kitchen talent/ppStrong organizational and administrative skills/ph3Executive Chef Must Haves/h3pLeads from the front- hands on, visible, and engaged during prep and service/ppUpholds a clean, professional, organized, and system-driven kitchen/ppCreates and enforces prep lists, labeling, and rotation procedures/ppConducts consistent line checks and quality control across all stations/ppBrings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to daily service and team leadership/ppBalances quality and speed in a high-volume setting without compromising standards/ph3Preferred Background
Skills/h3pCulinary degree or formal training (preferred but not required)/ppExperience working in Italian restaurant concepts is a must/ppExperience working in the New York market or comparable fine dining scenes/ppBilingual (Spanish/English) a plus/ppFamiliarity with BOH platforms for ordering, inventory, and scheduling/p/div
