Our Associate Customer Account Representatives are an essential resource for customer account management and support. They are responsible for managing all aspects of the order flow process including project creation, release to manufacturing and confirming logistics support for final customer delivery. The ideal candidates will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, where multi-tasking and managing competing demands are critical to success./ppSummary of Responsibilities:/pulliProvide day-to-day front-line customer support/liliBuild strong customer relationships with internal and external customers working in a team environment/liliOversee customer accounts, including new customer set up, manage customer order status and expedite material through our production facilities to meet customer requirements/liliPossess a working knowledge of plant processes, product characteristics, and systems requirements necessary for the completion of duties/liliVerify and audit manufacturing order details/liliConfirm orders have been approved for production/liliMonitor hold queues/liliManage data files for inter-company transfers/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED/lili2 years relevant work experience/liliWorking knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)/liliStrong problem solving, planning and decision-making skills/liliInitiative, detail orientation and problem-solving skills/liliEffectively communicates with team internally and externally/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree/liliKnowledge in SAP/liliExperience working with Linux mainframe applications/ ERP systems/liliProven analytical capabilities/liliIntermediate level in Microsoft Excel/li/ulpCleveland-Cliffs Inc. is the largest flat-rolled steel company and the largest iron ore pellet producer in North America.
