divh2Tool And Die Supervisor/h2pTool and Die Supervisors will be key in overseeing the production operations related to tooling and dies. This role will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring efficient workflow, executing quality control measures, and providing technical guidance to troubleshoot and maintain tools and machinery./ppResponsibilities:/pulliSupervise and coordinate the activities of the tool and die team to ensure efficient and effective production processes/liliMonitor the performance of the tool and die team and provide regular feedback on areas for improvement/liliDevelop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of tool and die operations/liliEnsure compliance with safety regulations and protocols in the tool and die production environment/liliCollaborate with other departments to identify and troubleshoot tool and die issues/liliManage inventory levels of tools, dies, and related materials to ensure uninterrupted production/liliTrain and mentor new tool and die team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliAt least 5 years of experience in tool and die making/liliStrong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of tool and die makers/liliKnowledge of CAD/CAM software and experience with CNC machinery/liliExperience in setting up and operating manual and automated tool and die equipment/liliAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings/liliStrong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues with tool and die equipment/liliExcellent communication skills to collaborate with engineering and production teams/liliFamiliarity with safety regulations and ability to enforce safety protocols in the tool and die department/li/ulpEqual Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action at Nidec/ppNidec is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
