Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions./ph3What You Will Experience In This Position:/h3pPlay an integral role in achieving the company objectives by efficiently and effectively partnering with the Outside Sales team to provide superior service your territory./ppInterface, communicate, build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers./ppBe responsible for complete order management process (quote to cash)./ppInvestigate, validate and work to resolve customer discrepancy claims and material return requests./ppWork with cross functional teams to manage customer back orders and lead time inquiries, including working with Planning and Manufacturing to determine accurate shipping dates./ppResolution of price discrepancies identified at the time of order./ppAnswer inquiries received via phone and email, often by working with other departments such as Transportation

Distribution, Product Management, Engineering, Technical Support, Sales, Planning, and Finance to facilitate a resolution prior to communication with the customer./ppWork with our SalesForce.com CRM to respond to customer inquiries./ph3You Have:/h3pBachelors Degree is preferred; 3+ years experience in a Customer Service setting preferred./ppExperience in a manufacturing environment is preferred./ppExperience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment ideally with extensive order entry, order management, and price quote generation is preferred./ppExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical customers./ppStrong ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines while multitasking and managing shifting priorities./ppCollaborative approach to working across departments including technical support, engineering, sales, product management, and shipping

receiving to ensure customer service excellence./ppProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
