The Atrium at Navesink Harbor is a Springpoint Senior Living Facility located in Red Bank, NJ. We are currently seeking a FT Activities Aide to join our team. At Springpoint, our Activities Aide is responsible for providing therapeutic activity programs to the residents./ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliAssist in organizing, developing, and directing all therapeutic activities for groups or individuals to meet the needs of the residents./liliAssist the Director in planning, organizing, and implementing therapeutic activities./liliPrepare supplies, lists of participants and schedules for each activity. Escort residents to and from groups. Conduct group activities./liliKeep a daily record of types and number of activities in which each resident participated./liliAttend all scheduled educational offerings pertaining to Patient Activities and Resident Care./liliAssist with outings./li/ulpstrongEducation and Experience:/strong/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required/liliCertification from the National Council for Activity Professionals or the National Council of Therapeutic Recreation is preferred/lili2 Years experience in a similar role preferred/li/ulpstrongComprehensive Benefits Package (Full Time):/strong/pulliMedical/Dental/Vision/Rx Plans/liliPaid Time Off and Holidays/lili401(k) with Company Match (Once Eligible)/liliLife
