external teams to resolve intricate issues, verify entitlements, and manage purchase orders./ppCross functional collaboration to maintain accurate data, manage/resolve interface errors, and ensure overall accuracy in daily workflow./ppContribute to team goals, participate in training, and drive process improvements with a positive, adaptable attitude./ppYoure the right fit if:/ppMinimum 2 years of experience in billing and invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, contract management or equivalent./ppHigh school diploma, vocational education required./pp1+ years experience in an administrative position with experience in order processing/order entry or related experience (preferred)./ppExperienced in using PCs and Microsoft Office, with strong organizational, time management, and effective oral and written communication skills./ppHow we work together:/ppWe believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. This is an office-based role./ppPhilips transparency details:/ppThe hourly pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $18.39 to $29.42, plus overtime eligibility. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
