This role drives continuous improvement, manages team development, and ensures compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements./ppstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/pulliSafety Leadership: Promote and cultivate a culture of safety and housekeeping across all operations. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards./liliOperational Management: Plan, organize, and control galvanizing processes to meet production schedules and customer requirements. Monitor line performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain continuous flow. Oversee preventive maintenance programs and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime./liliQuality Assurance: Ensure adherence to all industry-related standards and internal quality requirements. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and maintain product integrity./liliCost
Resource Control: Manage budgets, monitor consumables, and implement cost-saving initiatives. Optimize energy usage and reduce waste through process improvements./liliTeam Development: Lead, coach, and motivate production teams to achieve departmental goals. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training for skill development./liliContinuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for process optimization, efficiency, and reliability.
