This includes processing customer orders, dispatching shipments, managing available inventory, maintaining pricing, approve billing and provide customer support as needed. Working to accomplish the overall goals and directives established by the Sales Manager and Management team is essential. We take care of our customers by creating focus on safety, quality, cost, service and productivity. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times./ph3Minimum Qualifications/h3p1-year Customer Service experience/ph3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliDegree in Marketing or Business Administration or two years of experience in a sales-related field including experience with customer service, resolving customer concerns and overall customer satisfaction/liliKnowledge of steel industry/liliFamiliarity with forecasting, cold calling, prospecting, and strategizing/liliIntermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)/liliExperience working in Oracle based EPM/liliWillingness for occasional travel/li/ulpNucor is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer
