Were backed by a culture of innovations and entrepreneurship, and were looking for exceptional talent to join us./ppThe Production Manager reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging studio owner and is primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchises profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste./ph3Primary Roles and Responsibilities:/h3p65% Printing and Production (including measuring, finishing and some installations)/pp15% Graphic Design/pp10% Inventory Management and Equipment Maintenance/pp10% Miscellaneous (i.e., studio upkeep and deliveries)/ph3Core Functions:/h3pLead the printing and production of client orders/ppInspect customer files, provide digital proofs and make the graphics print-ready/ppOperate and maintain large-format printers, laminators and plotters/ppConduct inventory and procurement/ph3Secondary Functions:/h3pGraphic design services (unless outsourced)/ppSmaller graphic installations/ppUnloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio/ppVehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveys/ppPacking, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries/ppUtilization of CoreBridge software for estimates/quotes/ph3Other Required Skills:/h3pStrong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills/ppTeam player who can accept constructive criticism/ppFocus on quality assurance (ensuring the finished product is 100% correct before it leaves the studio)/ppSuperior time management focus in order to achieve efficiencies and meet strict deadlines/ppCustomer-service oriented (this is the lifeblood of SpeedPro Imaging)/ppExcellent communication skills, both internally and with customers/ppAble to lift up to 50 lbs./ppIdeal candidates will also possess:/pp2+ years of designing/working with vehicle graphics and templates/ppExperience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing/ppAssociates or Bachelors Degree in graphic design (or similar program)/ph3Compensation and Benefits:/h3p$18-25/hr (based on experience) + overtime pay when required/ppStudio profit-sharing plan and annual bonus potential/ppHealthcare benefits and company-paid monthly Netflix subscription/ppAdditional training/development opportunities/ppSpeedPro Imaging is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
