The Geospatial Analyst will provide GEOINT Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion in support of Analysis

Exploitation Team (AET) problem sets. This role requires expertise in geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) analysis, advanced analytical tradecraft, and the ability to deliver actionable intelligence to aligned theater air components and other 480 ISRW customers./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliConduct geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) analysis to support Analysis

Exploitation Team (AET) problem sets, and air component GEOINT requirements assigned to the 480 ISRW./liliPerform ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion to integrate geospatial data with other intelligence sources (e.g., SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT)./liliDevelop and deliver high-quality GEOINT products, including maps, imagery analysis, and geospatial reports./liliSupport ISR Target Development through GEOINT analysis and data synthesis in a net-centric environment./liliCollaborate with other AETs, cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery./liliIdentify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to address them./liliMaintain proficiency in geospatial tools, software, and methodologies to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions./liliEnsure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies./liliTravel may be required (Up to 15%)/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliExperience Level: Minimum 10 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years./liliRequired Education: Masters degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have bachelors degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 15 years, as a substitute to the masters degree/li/ululliTechnical Expertise:/liulliProficiency in GEOINT analysis, ISR Target Development, and Multi-Int Fusion./liliFamiliarity with geospatial tools and software, such as ArcGIS, Google Earth, RemoteView, or similar platforms./liliStrong understanding of geospatial data sources, collection platforms, and analytical methodologies./li/ul/ululliSkills:/liulliExceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills./liliStrong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products./liliAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment./li/ul/ululliSecurity Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliExperience supporting the 480 ISRW or similar ISR organizations./liliKnowledge of ISR Target Development and operational-level intelligence planning./liliCompletion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government geospatial analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification./liliFamiliarity with advanced geospatial tradecraft techniques and methodologies./liliPrior experience mentoring or training junior analysts in geospatial analysis./li/ulpWhy Join Us?/pulliBe part of a mission-critical team supporting the U.S. Air Forces ISR operations./liliWork in a dynamic and collaborative environment at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, a hub for Air Force ISR excellence./liliAccess to professional development opportunities and career growth within the intelligence community./li/ulpTarget Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
