Location: Bossier City, LA Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: 7:00 AM

Key Duties: Access bank accounts to download daily payments for lockboxes, ACHs, and wires. Manage the remit email box. Process payment portal transactions received via the payment portal using multiple Excel spreadsheets simultaneously. Post lockbox checks, ACHs, and wires to customer accounts per remit. Post payment portal, credit card, and ACH payments to customer accounts per remit. Post manual credit card payments processed by the Credit Department. Process remote deposit of local checks and post payments. Work closely with the Credit team to determine the proper posting of customer check/ACH/wire payments. Track posted customer payments on the daily tracking spreadsheet on a timely basis. Locate/research customer payment documentation for external audit. Assist the Accounts Payable team in processing customer refunds.
