Each day, our employees solve the most daunting challenges that our customers face./ppWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intelligence Management Specialist to join our team at Nellis Air Force Base (AFB), supporting the Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2). The Intelligence Management Specialist will play a critical role in mission support management, intelligence planning, and operational coordination to ensure the success of ISR operations. This position requires expertise in intelligence management, operational planning, and the ability to integrate intelligence processes into mission objectives effectively./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliProvide mission support management to ensure the effective execution of ISR operations and intelligence activities./liliDevelop and implement intelligence management processes to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency./liliProvide administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities./liliPrepare and deliver briefings, reports, and other intelligence products to senior leadership and stakeholders./liliCollaborate with external agencies and partners to synchronize intelligence management efforts and share best practices./liliMaintain proficiency in intelligence tools, methodologies, and platforms to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions./liliEnsure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies./liliTravel required 15%./li/ulpQualifications:/ppRequired Qualifications:/pulliRequired Experience: At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years./liliRequired Education: Bachelors degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have associates degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelors degree./li/ulpTechnical Expertise:/pulliProficiency in mission support management, intelligence planning, and operational-level intelligence coordination./liliFamiliarity with ISR platforms, tools, and methodologies./liliStrong understanding of intelligence collection processes and requirements./liliUnderstand ACC/A2 role in organizing, training, and equipping subordinate units./li/ulpSkills:/pulliExceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills./liliStrong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings./liliAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment./li/ulpSecurity Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required./ppPreferred Qualifications:/pulliExperience supporting Air Force Major Command (MAJCOM) Intelligence Directorate or similar military organization./liliUnderstanding of Air Force senior level staffing processes./liliKnowledge of mission support management and operational-level intelligence planning./li/ulpWhy Join Us?/pulliBe part of a mission-critical team supporting the U.S. Air Forces ISR operations./liliWork in a dynamic and collaborative environment at Nellis AFB, a hub for Air Force intelligence and operational excellence./liliAccess to professional development opportunities and career growth within the intelligence community./li/ulpTarget Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
