divh2Sales Assistant/h2pThe Sales Assistant supports the sales function by partnering with branch, sales and marketing leadership and the Account Executives. This role oversees internal processes associated with account management and campaign activation./ppJob Responsibilities:/pulliSupport Account Executives with CRM, Salesforce administration, account set up, hold management, and report preparation./liliAssist in proposal creation, RFP generation, editing, and output utilizing Proposal+ software and other internal systems./liliAssist marketing and sales leadership with research and reporting for Account Executive client prospecting and cold calling./liliPrepare campaign documents including but not limited to space and production contracts, posting instructions for both printed and digital creative assignments, commission coversheets, billing action forms, etc./liliReview and resolve billing and accounts payable issues in collaboration with the finance team./liliGenerate and distribute sales, renewal, and ad hoc reports./liliAssist the sales team with internal requests from other departments, expense reports, and other administrative tasks./liliField inbound sales calls and provide sales leadership with call back information./liliCoordinate, back up, and liaise with other branch and corporate departments, e.g., Real Estate, Marketing, Human Resources, Technology, Operations, Ad Operations, and Finance./liliSupport sales leadership with contests, team communications, and presentation materials./liliManage general office administration e.g., answer phones, order supplies, shipping, maintain files, update bulletin boards, etc./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpJob Qualifications:/ppEducation and Certifications:/pulliBachelors degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience./li/ulpWork Experience:/pulliMinimum two years supporting a sales function or related work experience./lili2-3 years of experience supporting sales preferred./li/ulpSkills:/pulliCompetent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)./liliWilling to learn internal programs and systems to the level of fluency./li/ulpCompetencies:/pulliAchievement Orientation: Focusing efforts on achieving high quality results consistent with the organizations standards./liliAdaptability: Adapts in order to work effectively in ambiguous or changing situations, and with diverse individuals and groups./liliAttention to Detail: Working in a conscientious, consistent, and thorough manner./liliCollaborating with Others: Working together with others in a cooperative and supportive manner to achieve shared goals./liliFostering Communication: Listens and communicates openly, honestly, and respectfully with different audiences, promoting dialogue and building consensus./liliPlanning and Organizing: Reaches goals that are central to organizational success by making and following plans and allocating resources effectively./li/ulpPhysical Demands:/pulliEmployee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands./liliEmployee must have the ability to see written documents, computer screens, and to adjust focus./liliThis job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment./li/ulpLocation:/ppClearwater, FL: 5555 Ulmerton Road, 33760/ppPosition Type:/ppRegular/p/div
