This role involves conducting hands-on training and providing ongoing support to enhance the performance and productivity of field managers./ppWhats in it for you?/ppA competitive salary with benefits package./ppBe a part of a collaborative and culture-oriented team./ppWhat will you do?/ppDeliver comprehensive training programs and materials for field merchandisers, including manuals, presentations, and visual aids./ppTravel up to 75 miles within assigned territory./ppConduct on-site and virtual training sessions to educate field merchandisers on standards, product features, and promotional campaigns./ppTrain field merchandisers on product placement, signage, and display techniques to maximize visual impact and sales./ppProvide hands-on coaching and feedback during store visits to reinforce training concepts and address performance gaps./ppCollaborate with field managers to identify training needs and prioritize skill development areas./ppMonitor and evaluate training effectiveness through metrics, observations, and feedback./ppUpdate training materials based on product changes, guidelines, and industry trends./ppSupport new product launches and store resets with timely training sessions and resources./ppServe as a subject matter expert on merchandising best practices, trends, and competitor activities./ppFoster a positive learning environment and culture of continuous improvement among field merchandisers./ppCover open territories executing client-specific work./ppHow will you succeed?/ppDemonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills./ppBe a self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, flexible, and agile in adapting to various tasks and situations./ppAble to effectively communicate with others./ppExperience and Qualifications/ppHigh school diploma/GED required./ppPrior retail experience and/or retail training experience is preferred./ppProficient operating a smartphone and apps, sending/receiving emails, sending/receiving text messages; E-learning platforms./ppMust have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and be available for occasional weekend work./ppWork Environment and Physical Requirements/ppHave good vision and the ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel./ppBe willing and able to work in cold environments conditions./ppSo, are you Premiums next Retail Training Specialist?
